By using our website, booking a service, or subscribing to a cleaning plan, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Minted Bins LLC provides residential trash bin cleaning and sanitizing services, as well as residential and commercial power washing services. Customers must ensure bins are empty, accessible, and available on scheduled cleaning days. Power washing or soft washing customers must ensure that the area to be cleaned is also empty and accessible.

2. Scheduling

Services may be rescheduled due to weather, equipment issues, holidays, or other operational circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

3. Payments & Automatic Billing

By enrolling in a recurring cleaning plan, you authorize Minted Bins LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method at the price and billing frequency disclosed during signup. Your subscription will continue until canceled. Monthly cleanings require a 3 month minimum commitment. Quarterly cleanings require a two quarter minimum commitment. Any changes to recurring pricing will be communicated one month in advance.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel recurring cleaning plans by contacting Minted Bins LLC. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals once processed, but does not automatically refund payments already collected. Refund requests are reviewed individually, and completed services are generally nonrefundable.

5. Service Limitations

Cleaning results may vary depending on bin condition. Minted Bins LLC does not guarantee removal of permanent stains, damage, or all odors. Hazardous materials and excessive debris must be removed before service.

6. Liability

Minted Bins LLC takes reasonable care when performing services but is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Privacy

Customer information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

Minted Bins LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
